Job Responsibilities

1. Install, configure and monitor an organization’s Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), stability, security, hardware etc.
2. Control and maintain Active Directory such as office network, Active Directory Users & Computers (ADUC), Domain Name System (DNS), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), Group Policy Object (GPO), Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) and etc.
3. Create and update mailing on Exchange Server by reviewing mailbox rules, hub transport, client access, unified messaging, IronPort filtering and mailing firewall to ensure all communication mailing operate smoothly and protected.
4. Plan and monitor network infrastructure performance by vendors such as firewall, server, hardware, etc.
5. Analyze, prepare and verify security reports such as security logs review, System Logging Protocol (Syslog), web filtering, Intrusions Prevention System (IPS), antivirus, server and hardware health-check.
6. Conduct and monitor preventive maintenance for network hardware and software such as modem, router, switch, firewall, load balancer and domain hosting.
7. Execute, verify and monitor ICT data backup for all network devices and servers.
8. Plan and monitor CCTV, PABX, Thumbprint access, Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS).
9. Plan, prepare and implement the yearly operational budget for department.
10. Establish and build effective working relationships and rapport with business division, Minister of Communication and Digitalization (KKDM), corporate sector, government agencies, vendors, local authorities etc.

Job Requirements

• QUALIFICATION
  Bachelor in Computer Science/Information Technology/Network Engineering or equivalent.
  
• EXPERIENCE
  Minimum 2 to 5 years working experience in related field.
