Job Responsibilities
- Formulate and drive the strategy for ICT system and business development expansion and growth.
- Strategize and control the financial aspect of operational expenses (i.e., OPEX and CAPEX).
- Lead and drive the project management strategy consist of long-term investment, digital strategy, project milestone, application design etc.
- Lead and review the assessment of proposals for ICT system upgrading and expansion (e.g SAP, CMS, HRIS, Applications) using situational analysis, risk assessment and best technical solution methods.
- Identify and review the selection of vendors for ICT system related to business requirement such as SAP system, HRIS system, CMS system and ERP system.
- Plan and develop the best technical solutions module consist of technology, framework, evaluation, support, reliability and license.
- Lead and drive the preparation of the yearly plan and budget for System & Business Development such as strategy way forward, departmental initiatives, OPEX & CAPEX spending etc.
- Lead and drive the establishment of gainful relationships with business division, ICT institution, ICT consultant, key industry players, training provider.
- Foster and sustain effective working relationships and rapport with business division, Minister of Communication and Digitalization (KKDM), corporate sector, government agencies, vendors, local authorities etc.
Job Requirements
- QUALIFICATION
Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Network Engineering or others equivalent.
- EXPERIENCE
Professional with at least 8 – 10 years of experience in Information Communication & Technology.
