Job Responsibilities

1. Deep expertise in iniatiating, leading and managing technology-led change and technology adoption
2. Expertise in change management methods and their application, with an emphasis on driving measurable business results
3. Proven business transformation and change management delivery track record (strong planning and execution discipline; delivering high quality, high impact solutions and interventions)
4. Mastery in Agile IT project delivery (esp. SaaS or system/product implementations)
5. Affinity with and understanding of the consequences of IT management and IT delivery
6. Strong relation & stakeholder management skills – proven track record in working as a trusted advisor at the senior business leader level on critical, complex CM challenges and influencing effectively at different organizational levels
7. Proven track record of playing a “change integrator role” and leading change on an individual, team and organizational level
8. Deep business understanding – able to impact business culture and behaviours and processes
9. Participate in testing stages such as User Acceptance Test (UAT) and Final Acceptance Test (FAT)

Experience

• Possess at least five (5) to seven (7) years of project management implementation with experience in executing change management, communications and training
• Hands-on experience leading/managing full lifecycle projects from conception to completion for a minimum of 2 years
• Proven track record of managing complex, enterprise-wide and multi-disciplinary IT system deployment/change initiatives
• A highly organized, energetic and creative professional
• Handles ambiguity in their stride and can be flexible in their approach
• An amazing communicator, who has presence and impact and can simplify messaging/incorprate storytelling
• Grounded in change management principles, methodologies, tools and innovative and cutting-edge best practices

• A Bachelor’s degree/Masters in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• A minimum of 2 years working experience in related field.
