Job Responsibilities

1. Plan and review system application installation by vendors such as CMS, POS, PO-Web Catering, Power suite, Hotel System, Clientele etc.
2. Investigate, rectify and resolve system failure and errors.
3. Maintain and monitor system performance such as CMS, POS, PO-Web Catering, Power suite, Hotel System and Clientele.
4. Distribute and track SAP user code license by reviewing and validating the number of users.
5. Plan, coordinate and execute the proposed system application and new installation.
6. Prepare and monitor KOPETRO and subsidiaries system report.
7. Monitor and configure all backup system database for instance CMS, POS, PO-Web Catering, Power suite, Hotel System and Clientele.
8. Plan, prepare and implement the yearly operational budget for department such as Operation Expenditure (OPEX) and Capital Expenditure (CAPEX).
9. Establish and build effective working relationships and rapport with business division, Minister of Communication and Digitalization (KKDM), corporate sector, government agencies, vendors, local authorities etc.

Job Requirements

• QUALIFICATION
  Bachelor in Computer Science/Information Technology/Network Engineering or equivalent.
• EXPERIENCE
  Minimum 2 years working experience in related field.
