Job Description
Plan, execute and implement the sales functions for manpower supply such as new tender, inquiry, collection, roadshows, campaign etc. in order to increase sales and revenue in line with the departmental objectives and target.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Plan and execute the sales strategy and its implementation for manpower supply including new accounts, number of tenders, direct award, price agreement and sales value through proper execution of manpower supply activities and market trend in order to meet the sales and revenue target for the division.
  2. Plan and conduct promotional activities such as roadshows, campaigns, briefing, social media, and website by participating in trade fair, client and company events to create awareness to customers whilst secure existing and potential customers.
  3. Identify and monitor existing outstanding payment (ageing) for manpower such as late payment and bad debt by conducting follow up visit, phone call and reminder letter in order to ensure prompt payment and minimize risk and losses.
  4. Plan and execute daily sales activities for manpower supply including sales call, customer visit, social media update, email blast etc. through customer base analysis and appointment with potential & existing clients to ensure smooth execution of sales plan as per company procedure and guideline.
  5. Plan and conduct negotiation with client, vendor and supplier on product selection, costing and timeframe through proper documentation, product analysis, benchmarking etc. in order to determine the best quality product offered as per customer requirement and expectation thus secure business opportunity and contract.
  6. Analyze and prepare sales report for manpower supply such as sales revenue, profit & loss, monthly activities update etc. using spreadsheet software and related application in order to provide updated information and data trending to the management.
  7. Identify and abide all standard acts, rules and regulation required by Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM), regulation by PETRONAS Company policy & procedures, and other related requirements through regular monitoring of required process and standard in order to safeguard business, reputation, quality, standard and sustain the long-term interest.
  8. Plan, prepare and implement the yearly sales manpower supply budget such as Annual Cumulated Value (ACV), Operation Expenditure (OPEX) and Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) through proper analysis of actual expenses, previous performance trending and business forecast in order to meet the departmental target and objective.
  9. Establish and build effective working relationships and rapport with PETRONAS, SKM, Financial Institution, corporate and public sectors, service providers, government authorities, stakeholder and key industry players by participating in forums, conference, workshop, visits, meetings, regular engagement etc. in order to keep abreast with latest development and capture opportunities for new business whilst sustain long term business relationship and company credibility.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing/International Trade/Business Studies or equivalent.
  • 3 – 5 years’ minimum experience in manpower industry
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role within the manpower industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
